Group Fitness has been a staple of ours for a long time. We have a committed team of talented and passionate instructors to guide and motivate you through your workouts to make it fun and effective.

There are 2 studios: Our large Group Fitness studio caters to multiple class styles including Les mills, Kick boxing, Yoga, Pilates and Freestyle aerobics/step.

The separate Spin studio allows you to exercise stationary at your own pace. The lights are low and the music is motivating so you can get into the groove.

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. BODYPUMP is available as either a 60 or 45 minute workout.

SPIN

SPIN is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an SPIN workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Circuit

Join our exhilarating circuit class for a dynamic and efficient workout experience that blends cardiovascular endurance with strength training. Designed to challenge participants through a series of diverse exercise stations, this high-energy class delivers a full-body workout in a fun and motivating group setting.”

Step

Step is a fun and challenging cardio class using a series of movements to upbeat music using an adjustable step platform to help tone and sculpt your legs and gluts and improve your fitness.

Boxing

Step into the ring with our invigorating boxing class, where you’ll learn the art of the sweet science while getting an intense full-body workout. Led by expert instructors, this high-energy class combines fundamental boxing techniques with cardiovascular conditioning, providing a fun and empowering way to build strength, agility, and endurance.”

CORE

Join our Core class for a targeted and effective workout aimed at sculpting and strengthening your core muscles.
