The Yard’s mission and focus is to deliver the world’s most balanced strength and conditioning workout backed by the world’s most balanced lifestyle brand. We provide our clients and their community the platform to improve their day-to-day lifestyle which focuses on longevity and a greater quality of life.
We pride ourselves on delivering the greatest 50-minute experience every single day. By intelligently utilising a combination of RIG and TURF workouts, we build strong and resilient individuals, both inside and outside of the gym.

TURF – Our TURF session is a mixture of cardiovascular movements that we change week to week. The aim is to be working on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina for an extended period of time.
RIG – Our RIG sessions help build strength so that we create the ability to live our lives to the max! They are focused around power, strength and endurance, spending a lot of time on “The Rig“focusing on a range of movement, functional and hypertrophy training.
PAY DAY – Sessions are built around HARD WORK and TEAM WORK. By working in teams, it allows our members to build resilience community at the same time.
