About the Class

ABT is a 45 minute abs, butt and thighs workout that focuses on toning  the legs and stomach. This program will increase your core strength, strengthen your lower back and help prevent injury. Your core muscles are one of the most important muscles to train. We suggest you train your core at least once a week.
